The Top 2 Research Trees to Focus on in the Last Fortress are Alliance Commemoration and Ultimate Weapon Commemoration.
By completing Alliance Commemoration you will be getting an extra 450% points for every duel day, as well as twice as many rewards.
By completing the Ultimate Weapon Commemoration you will now be able to earn resources to upgrade your Ultimate Weapon.
This includes Ultimate Weapon Upgrade Chips, Breakthrough Chips and Master Ultimate Weapon Blueprints (those are the red chests)
Prior to this last update we could only earn these through defeating the Queen or buying them, but now we can earn them in our daily Alliance Duels.
