Strawberry & Vanilla Cake
Makes 2 Large Cakes
Ingredients
4x vanilla cake mix
12tbsp margerine
8 eggs
2.5 cup milk
600ml thickened cream
2 punnet large strawberries
1 cup icing sugar
Method
1) mix together cake mix, eggs, margerine & milk
2) use egg whisk to mix together
3) butter and flour baking dishes
4) pour cake batter in baking dishes and fan bake at 160C for 40mins or until golden brown (fork test)
5) allow cakes to cook overnight
6) whip together cream and icing sugar 7) spread whipped cream over cakes and add thinly sliced strawberries as well.
8) lightly add icing sugar on top
9) chill in fridge and then serve. Enjoy!
