That video lesson looks at how a programming task can be solved in several different ways. #English subtitles available.
We will deliberately choose a simple programming problem.
The task is to find the sum of the natural numbers from 1 to n inclusive.
As a basic repetitive problem, the solutions are in the form of a C++ function.
Why do we use functions?
Functions are used to make reusable ready-made solutions.
Functions are small pieces of code. This code has been cleared. So this piece of code can be used to solve other larger tasks. This approach minimizes both time and risk in solving larger tasks.

The purpose of this video tutorial is to show how there can be more than one solution for a programming problem.

As with mathematics and programming tasks, there may be more than one solution.
