Marc JX8P - Perceptions - Part Five - 05-10-2024
I finally got around to creating a new track for my Perceptions project and this one was really fun to do: as an experiment I built it live in a stream on Twitch, starting with recording all the building blocks, then creating the arrangement and doing details like the solos and then finally the video editing (of course, the CGI I had made before). All steps took a little more than two hours in the end.
So, the track starts off with four effects sounds. Three are from Luftrum library and the one that produces those occasional strange noises is NI's Kinetic Metal. There's a pad sound from Luftrum. Then Trillian's Fretless Bass sets in. There's AAS' Lounge Lizard E-Piano, drums from NI's Battery 4 and two arpeggio sounds from Synapse's The Legend HZ and U-He's Repro-5. The lead sounds are again The Legend (the mellower lead) and GForce's Minimonsta 2.
CGI was created by me in Blender 3D and the video was edited in Da Vinci Resolve.
