Going over the current state of my Diablo 4 Sever Rotting Reaper Necromancer build, covering Skill Points, Paragon, Gear, Legendaries and running through a Nightmare Dungeon with commentary.
EDIT: I was under the impression that the Greaves of the Empty Tomb boots we're fixed in a previous patch to work with Shadowblight, but it seems I was wrong. Ignore these for now until fixed. I also made some changes to the build in the link bellow, to have more movement speed and move vulnerable uptime.
