There is a severe shortage of human resources in the field of artificial intelligence (AI) in Vietnam, especially in the South. Given the current low number of students specializing in this field, the leaders of TMA Technology Group have proposed increasing training capacity tenfold to meet market demand. The proposed solutions include expanding enrollment quotas, reducing tuition fees to attract students, and integrating AI into other engineering programs. Furthermore, focusing on nurturing talented students from high school and sending them abroad for further training is considered a key strategy. These efforts aim to transform Ho Chi Minh City into a leading technology hub and enhance its international competitiveness.
