She Super headed team formation from scratch and implemented devOps and Agile practices. Facilitated the delivery of many projects within scope, time, and budget constraints.
In role at Encora, Varsha manages multiple scrum teams to within large scale software development in the Lease & Loan industry. She closely follows the emerging technology trends and business news. She does hands on new automation tools to keep herself up to date.
