All the steps to install Ubuntu 20.04 LTS (Focal Fossa) with GNOME DE on a Raspberry Pi 4 model B (4G RAM), plus an overview of the system with real usage and performance footage.
This video is just "for fun" but the all the steps are those to be completed in order to transform the official Ubuntu Server 20.04 image for the Raspberry Pi in a desktop-like system.

» PREREQUISITES
1) download Ubuntu Server 20.04 (Focal Fossa) LTS 64-bit from: http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/ubuntu-serv...
2) write the "preinstalled build img" on a microSD
3) (optional) add "ssh file" into boot partition for SSH remote access
4) insert microSD into the Pi 4B
5) connect Ethernet cable
6) power on

» STEP 1: (remote) access & OS upgrade
1) connect via SSH remote access or monitor + keyboard
2) change user password (default is: ubuntu/ubuntu)
3) update the OS with sudo apt update, sudo apt upgrade && sudo apt dist-upgrade (or wait for automatic updates)

» STEP 2: install the desktop environment
1) install tasksel with sudo apt install tasksel
2) install the DE (GNOME) with sudo tasksel install ubuntu-desktop
3) shutdown (or reboot) the system

» STEP 3: enjoy Ubuntu 20.04 LTS
1) connect th Pi 4B to a monitor + keyboard & mouse
2) power on
3) wait for the DE to load
