With temperatures below normal for this time of the year, it's important to remember that we still have a lot of summer left and there's still time for record highs. When temperatures spike, we need to keep in mind how dangerous the heat can be. Dehydration and Heat Stroke can be lethal if not taken seriously. The good news is a little preparation can go a long way – which is why CVS has launched their Environmental Health Impact Initiative. This program aims to protect the most vulnerable people with data and outreach.
