The shading information in the video is detailed for each step of the process in order. Like my previous videos, this assumes the use of three types of pencils for shading. I’ve simplified the types of pencils and hand pressure on it used in the subtitles.There are two images shown for each step. The first image demonstrates the specific area being worked on, while the second shows the result after the work is completed.
Quick overview, the work process involves starting with a base tone in the first stage, and then adding a darker shadow tone on top in the second stage. Depending on the character, the order might sometimes change, but this is the main workflow. Finally, we add highlights to complete the drawing.
