On this episode of River City Presents, Daniel Hurt talks with Murray State University Professor of Political Theory Dr. Kevin Elliott about the influence of Martin Luther and his 95 Theses on the Protestant Reformation. Dr. Elliott outlines Luther’s philosophy on the role of religious and temporal authority and how Christians should interact with them.
Dr. Elliott is a graduate of University of California at Los Angeles, London School of Economics, and Columbia University. He served as professor of political theory at Murray State University from 2018 until 2023. He now serves as Assistant Professor of Political Science at Yale University.
