Africa is a continent with the most unusual and amazing wedding traditions! In some tribes, a wedding is a real test for the groom. For example, in the Bahutu tribe, it is customary for the bride to demonstrate her strength in marriage, which is considered an important ritual.
But that's not all. In the Banyankole tribe, the groom undergoes a traditional test before the wedding by the elder women of the family, who give him advice and instructions. And among the Berbers and Swahili, the wedding is accompanied by mentors who help the newlyweds adapt to family life.
