WCHRA Pro Street Winner Randy Walker
Randy Walker wins the West Coast Hot Rod Association SCE Gaskets "SUMMER NATIONALS" at Auto Club Famoso Raceway. Walker's super consistent El Camino won with a 6.22 ET @ 224.04 MPH to the smoking fast 58 Corvette of Rod Burbage who did a 6.11 ET @ 238.47 MPH. Walker's quicker reaction time of 0.067 ripped Burbage's reaction time of 0.197 hole shoting him to victory. Walker said he knew he had Burbage at the tree and was expecting Burbage to come around him but he never did. Walker is to 2009 champ and the current 2010 points leader. So far Walker has won the 1st and 2nd race of this season.
