Thanksgiving Side Dishes - Cornbread & Deviled Eggs Tutorial

Cornbread Recipe
Box Jiffy corn muffin mix (yellow box)
8 oz carton sour cream
8.25 oz can cream corn
3 large eggs
1/3 cup veg oil
Mix all well in bowl , pour into a rectangular cake pan sprayed with Pam
Bake at 375 for approx 35 or until golden brown

Deviled Eggs Recipe
12 hard boiled eggs
2 heaping tbsp mayo (I prefer Duke’s)
1 tbsp honey mustard
1 tbsp yellow mustard
1-2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
Salt/pepper to taste
Cut eggs in half. Scoop yolks into bowl. Mix ingredients together. Adjust taste/consistency to your liking.
Spoon yolks back into eggs. Serve chilled as appetizer or side dish!
