Codes Used
Code #1: bcdedit.exe /set {current} nx OptIn
Code #2: bcdedit.exe /set testsigning off
Code #3: bcdedit.exe /set nointegritychecks off
NOTE: This video fixes mainly the error code 138 however if you don't have that error I cannot guarantee that this would work.
