Apricot jam. Thick apricot jam.
Today I propose to prepare Apricot jam for the winter - Thick jam from seedless apricots. The jam turns out thick, tasty, aromatic, very beautiful and stores well.
Ingredients :
Apricots - 2 kg (pitted)
Sugar - 2 kg
Water - 5 tbsp
Additionally:
Water - 2 l
Baking soda - 2 tsp
