I just feel bad about my old life. It makes me worry about the future and what will happen to me. I feel like I'm not myself anymore and my mental health is getting worse. I'm starting to fear the things around me, whether it's pressure, being gossiped about, those words make me feel worse and worse. I'm not okay with that. I have to apologize to everyone who worried me. It's really scary. And I feel like the world is really cruel. I'm losing myself more and more. I just have to take a break from the stress of what happened this month and hope that bad things won't happen this month again.
