Shopify Order Tracking in Voiceflow (With Google Sheets Integration)
Here is a Voiceflow tutorial where I show you how I built Shopify order tracking into my Voiceflow e-commerce chatbot. It includes authorisation for Email and Order Number. Since I also do pre-sales, I integrated the chatbot with Google Sheets so that it can obtain pre-order shipping information.
