🤟 Grip It and Rip IT 💯
🦵 That lower leg grip on the bike is so important for maintaining control, even when seated, especially in bumpy terrain.
😎 The beginning sequence here is fun!
🏜️ I came down the backside (soft side) of the dune and into a deep section of powder.
🕳️ The bike sinks in and I lose a lot of momentum. The only way out is to increase the throttle.
😅 I did need a foot dab to keep my balance initially as the bike slowed down. (A little flogging with the left-hand helps too...)
🏍️ As soon as I got back up with both feet and began to accelerate out of the powder... I hit a patch of firmly packed gravel. You can see the rear tire "hook-up" and kick out to the left.
🦵 My grip with the lower legs kept me firmly in position on the bike as the rear tire sorted itself out.
