Screen flickering while recording with OBS studio - NVIDIA Linux Mint

While I was recording my Grim Dawn gameplays with OBS Studio I encountered a problem with flickering in the recorded video.
This video is showing how to fix this issue.
This issue was present on Linux Mint 19.3, NVIDIA graphic card and OBS Studio.
