Recent research by microsoft shows almost 62% of india’s workforce have intentions of switching jobs this year. Attrition is at its highest level in a decade at 20% this year on an average of all sectors of india.
I recently attended a webinar which highlighted insights like what are the other factors responsible for lot of people quitting from their current jobs. Obviously, money is an important deciding factor which force people to quit from their job, but at the same time there are other responsible factors which are underrated.
