Elite white screen issue temporary solved
We have found that if you connect an external monitor and then set the power settings in Windows so that the display goes to sleep that after the display wakes back up the display on the all-in-one computer will continue to work until you cut the power off from the computer for 24 hours. If you unplug the computer for 24 hours then the computer will have the white screen issue again. I think that this is because the display inside the computer is not starting soon enough from a cold Power start up. I think this is a bios timing issue. I think if the files were to look for the display later in the startup process that this would not be a problem.
