Unpopular opinion, but brush over a sponge to blend the under eye concealer 👌
If your concealer looks cakey under the eyes:
💫 when applying foundation, don’t apply it under eyes, we gonna add concealer there (less is more when it comes to the under eye coverage)
💫 choose lighter texture concealer (heavy textured concealer seems to crease and look cakey)
💫 use brush (just like a pro MUA’s do) to blend the under eye concealer for it to looks seamless and flawless
💫 set with the setting powder
