MLAs High Value Food Frontiers program, delivered by John Marten Program Manager – Food Innovation and Angelica Pickup Project Manager - Food Innovation have been working with the team at KILCOY GLOBAL FOODS with the aim to develop a range of nutraceutical ingredient products made from red meat 5th quarter inputs.
Kilcoy Global Foods have launched a beef organ food supplement product range under the banner – Kilcoy Nutrition.
This research allows Australian red meat to participate in, and benefit from, the growing demand for nutraceuticals and supplements in both domestic and international markets.
