Making a custom Timber Frame Bed using Japanese Joinery
Building a custom timber frame bed with japanese joinery techniques as part of a learning process for these types of joints. I had no real experience in using these techniques for a structure prior to starting this build. I had made some before but purely for decorative effect.
The end result is a bed that is strong and quiet, that can be taken apart quite easily for moving and is very comfortable.
