Birds of Paradise: School brings education to Gaza’s children during war
Nathalie Hutten, co-founder and managing director of the Infinite Foundation in the Netherlands, spoke with Middle East Eye about the work her organisation is doing in Gaza.
She talks about opening a nursery school, Birds of Paradise, where they are helping children catch up on the learning they have missed because of the war while also offering much-needed psychological support.
Hutten also talks about their efforts in renovating and rebuilding a desalination plant, which is crucial as it provides water to tens of thousands of people in Gaza.
