Dr. Jill Dillon took an early personal interest in the value of good vision. She was wearing glasses by the time she was in third grade and contacts by the eighth grade. She also was inspired by a family friend who served as a mentor.
After practicing for several years in Chicago, this native of Nekoosa joined Marshfield Clinic in 2000, returning to an area where she had known many people for a long time. She applies this concept of personal connections to her practice of examining, diagnosing and treating conditions such as glaucoma, cataracts, retinal diseases, macular degeneration, hypertension and diabetes; and prescribing glasses, contact lenses, low vision rehabilitation and medications.
