Winter Road To Amberd
We made an attempt to reach medieval Amberd fortress on foot and explore it, but as we started our journey late (around 11AM) and the road was covered with snow we fall behind our schedule and at 3.30 PM when were were just around 30 minutes away from the fortress decided to turn back! Just at sunset we were back to village Byurakan! Will definitely make another attempt in the upcoming days!
