Taste for Blood and Bladestorm are a must have as arms!!!
Keep Recklessness for killing Nezir.
Bring Anshal down first. Get to Nezir, apply Rend. Get to Rohash, bring him down. Get back to Nezir, get him as low as you can.
Anshal should be active again. Get to him before the special.
Kill Anshal (again), get back to Nezir. Kill Nezir (all CDs). Get to Rohash and finally defeat the encounter (right in time).
Al'Akir:
Boring.
Spec Bladestorm and use it at 26% if you don't like whirling around without dealing damage.
