NVIIDIA Reflex Causes Stutter and lower FPS in Horizon Forbidden West Complete Edition
I've noticed that the game wasn't running as smooth as it should and then I turned off NVIDIA Reflex and low and behold the frametime graph became smooth as butter and so did the framerate. If you are having issues, turn it off. I will report this to NVIDIA, they need to fix it.
