Working explanation:
When start button is press at that time from the rung1 NO contact of start is going to close and SV2 get the supply. By using this solenoid valve 2 we fill the main tank here we are going to sense the level of the water in the main tank in main tank has not required level then using the auxiliary tank it will fill the water into main tank and when the required level is come at that time it will get the high output of the sensor which will closed the NO contact of the rung2 and open the NC contact of rung1 so by this SV2 going to close and timer start to count after the 4 second delay motor will start and hence the conveyor belt start to rotate this process programmer or operator will able to see from the rung2 and rung3.
Now if between the filling processes if required level of the water in the main tank goes down at that time again SV2 open and hence again water is come from auxiliary tank to main tank hence filling process in not interrupt between the filling processes. Now form the third rung whenever bottle is come at that time NC contact of the proximity sensor is going to NO hence now SV1 open and motor stop at that now the level of the water in the bottle is sense by the level sensor 1 whenever level of the water in the bottle is come at required level at that time It will get the high output of the sensor which is now again start the motor and closed the SV2. So the programmer or operator see from the rung 3. And process is repeated.
