Who needs Qilin Skip when you have Tentacles?
Walls can't contain me. Not when I have... climbing gloves.

Yes this is possible. The tentacle, when retracts, acts almost like a punch trap. It can't pull you while you're on a rope. So you grab to the side with climbing gloves, rope downward to underneath the stage, and a couple blocks after you go off screen, jetpack AROUND the stage's wall and climbing gloves onto the side, escaping the kill plane underneath the tentacles. Then just climbing gloves to the top and teleport in. The game checks for whether you're teleporting OUT of bounds, not IN. Easy. No chance of getting lasered or spark trapped!
