Deb is an ordained pastor and civilian chaplain with International Ministerial Fellowship, serving with the Lakeville Police and Fire Departments. With years of experience in pastoral ministry—church planting, campus leadership, and executive administration—Deb has dedicated her life to equipping others to walk in hope and strength during life’s most difficult moments.
In 2024, she and her husband Paul transitioned into a new season with IMF, where she now trains and supports female chaplains in the U.S. and pastors’ wives in Africa. As Commander of the Lakeville chaplain team and a member of the police department’s Mental Health Task Force, Deb brings a unique perspective of compassion, wisdom, and practical care for people in crisis.
