Jonathan and I had an unforgettable weekend, learning from the nation’s most elite special operators at the Black Ops event, a powerful veteran fundraising initiative focused on enhancing mental health support and raising suicide awareness for our veterans. This remarkable event was brought together by the visionary Ryan “Birdman” Parrot and the Bird’s Eye View Project.
The skill, resilience, and unwavering dedication we witnessed were beyond compare. But even more profound was the opportunity to shed light on the daily struggles our veterans face post-service—a silent battle that far too many endure alone.
Thanks to foundations like Bird’s Eye View and Transcend, these critical challenges are no longer hidden, and we are able to offer our heroes the recognition and support they so richly deserve.
It’s a true privilege to be part of this mission, standing alongside organizations that tirelessly advocate for the care, respect, and voice that every veteran has earned through their service.
