Hey everyone, it's Tristan from Crafting Worlds! Today, we’re diving into the AKKO MOD007 V3 Hall Effect Special Edition Year of the Dragon Keyboard. This keyboard is absolutely stunning—AKKO has really outdone themselves with its dragon-themed keycaps, three-tone anodization, and overall design. But as we know, with Hall Effect keyboards, performance and software are just as crucial.
In this video, I’ll be offering constructive criticism of the MOD007 V3. While the design is breathtaking, and the creamy yellow magnetic switches are impressive, the software experience is disappointing. It's slow, laggy, and frustrating to use—which is a major issue for a Hall Effect keyboard that relies heavily on customizable actuation.
