I can't tell you how many times I saw an employee mistakenly assume HR was where you went for career coaching. For all the Issues with your boss or coworkers? You might think HR is the place to talk through them. But it isn’t as simple. The moment you bring a complaint or concern to HR, it's usually getting documented and you are seen as someone who's having an issue.
