HOW Pros QUICKLY FRAME A Home! [99% Home Owners Don't Know This!]
This morning I visited the job site and saw the carpenters' progress with framing the walls! The guys added the zip system to the walls to help with insulation, which will hopefully help with energy savings for the home.
I didn't know that they framed the walls on the floorboards before hoisting them into place! I always thought they would build them as they go, but building them on the ground makes it 10X easier. How cool is that!
One thing I did notice on the site was a potential problem regarding the leftover space we have for the home in the backyard. Eventually, we'll have to find a solution for the outdoor living area and pool. We need a good 40' of space, and we probably have a quarter of that right now.
