Low skill cloak/MWD with Occator
Just a proof of concept using a very sluggish Deep Space Transport on low navigation skills, because of using that specific ship type and those skills there's some istabs needed to make it work. On "normal" ships with decent navigation skills you will not need istabs or nanofibers to make it happen.
Notice how I enable the MWD AFTER I cloaked up, not before. Many people will tell you that this is impossible or due to "lag", it's not; you have about 3-4 seconds after cloaking where you can still active MWD.
This helps in two ways:
1- you already have some initial starting speed before you start your MWD cycle so that means that at the end of the cycle you'll be going faster, potentially making warping easier in case your MWD speed after cloak is only just enough to get you into warp.
2- if you use cloak first you... will be cloaked sooner. Duh!
