BANKSY PAINTED OVER!! WE DESTROYED A REAL BANKSY!!
'Going Going Gone!'
We saw Banksy making a piece of stencilled graffiti in Chelsea and realized we have to destroy it after he left. Since he is now destroying his own art at auction, where he shredded 'girl with red baloon', that piece was then re-titled 'shred the love' (directors cut) This destructive act actually increased the value of that piece netting him hundreds of thousands of pounds above the sale price and raised his stock value exponentially. Instead of dressing up like council workmen and grinding the rat piece out of the wall to sell it for personal gain,, we concluded it was better to destroy it, as he did at Sothebys Auction house. Our piece is entitled 'going going gone'
