Today we are installing the James Duff 2 into 1 Exhaust Kit on this 1974 Ford Bronco. This kit is so easy to install and sounds great!

This Classic Ford Bronco has a 351 Windsor, AOD transmission, and a Dana 20 transfer case. With that combination, to get the best sounding exhaust and best flow, you need to install a 2 into 1 exhaust kit. This kit requires no welding and can be done with hand tools in your garage! This process would also be the same if you have a 302, a 5.0, and several other transmissions** and all transfer cases. Let’s get started.
1. Remove Stock Manifolds
2. Remove all the old exhaust
3. Install new headers and header gaskets
4. Install head pipe with supplied hangers and clamps
5. Install merge pipe
6. Install Mid pipe
7. Install Muffler
8. Install Tail pipe
9. Tighten everything down to spec
10. Start the Bronco up and check for leaks
