[Minor Spoilers] As part of the mages guild quest line you'll need to find the Wabbajack for Sheogorath alongside other trials given by the daedric prince of madness.
After you get the staff you may test it before you return it to his owner and end the quest.
This is my first eso video, I just wanted to quickly share this cool moment with all the TES fans.
