Adding a VRChat Mirror Toggle to your Avatar

I know there are portable mirror packages out there but here's how to build one in Unity from scratch.
This cutout mirror can be toggled and is viewable by you and your friends in VRChat.
This assumes you have a 3.0 Avatar with an FX Layer, Expressions Menu, and Parameters Menu already available, which is pretty standard on store bought avatars.
