Bruce Liu Introduces his Europe Tour with the Philharmonia Orchestra
We catch up with Bruce Liu ahead of our performances across the UK & Europe as he breaks down the tour and Rachmaninov's captivating Piano Concerto No. 2 before we hit the stage!
Rachmaninov's difficult Piano Concerto No. 2. is paired with Sibelius's Symphony No. 5 and Neilsen's Helios Overture.
We kick off with a return to the Sage Gateshead for the first time since 2011, led by our Principal Conductor Santtu-Matias Rouvali.
