Ingredients:
Boiled pasta 250g
Reserved pasta water 1.5 cups
Chopped garlic 2 tbsp
Finely chopped onions 1 medium
Tomato paste 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Chilli flakes 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1 tbsp
Oregano 1 tbsp
Mixed herbs 1 tbsp
Chicken cube 1
Double cream/ heavy cream 100 ml
Cheese triangles/ cubes 2
Grated Mozzarella cheese 3-4 tbsp
