We resolved Copilot Studio errors related to how nested parameters in Custom Connections are not properly mapped to input variables in topics. This prevented users from connecting agents to external APIs. Our solution was to develop middleware known as an "API Wrapper".

After unit testing, smoke testing, and code review we deployed our middleware to Google Cloud using Cloud Build and Cloud Run.
