No matter how much we wished to read every journal article cover to cover, we don't have unlimited time and energy.

Therefore, a good researcher should know how to balance the time spent on each article according to its relevance.

Besides the scientific knowledge (which you will gain over the years), your strength in research is dependent on how thoughtful and digitally organized in compiling your academic reading list/notes.
