3 Excel Functions for More Efficient Data Management
Three top excel functions that are time-savers:
Create new strings using concatenation (A2&" "&B2 = A2 B2), then paste "value only" to make a new column
Have a data label like DAY1-A-1? "Text-to-Columns" will detail the "Day1" "Treatment A" "Replicate 1" in 3columns
A, B, C works for R but not human eyes! When reporting, use "Find and Replace", to show the full label of the treatment group (e.g. control, 5 mM, 10 mM).
