Phillip Sear plays a tango (Russian title: Счастливая встреча) by the Ukrainian jazz pianist, composer and conductor Alexander Tsfasman (1906-71).

Alexander Naumovich Tsfasman (Александр Цфасман, 1906-71) was born in Zaporizhia, Ukraine, and studied at the conservatories of Nizhny Novgorod and subsequently Moscow (graduating from Felix Blumenfeld 's piano class in 1930). He became an important figure in Soviet jazz. He organized the first Moscow jazz orchestra (in 1927), and was the first Soviet artist to play jazz on radio and on a recording. Furthermore, he was also the first conservatory-educated Soviet jazz musician. Tsfasman wrote stage and orchestral works, including concerti, and I guess that he can be conceived as a Soviet Gershwin.
