ACES HUE test

Author claims that ACES fails this test, so I decided to check it out by myself.
I animated light color in the same order as in the video above
R - G - B - R - RG - RB - GB - R
Also I put 50% gray material on BG surface to slightly separate the object.
I used C4D/Octane.
