Phil's Ride 2022 The Big Ride
Cycling around the entire circumference of Norfolk to the best the roads will allow, our intrepid team of 7 riders (an 8th one joined on day 2) set off on the 204 mile ride. All bar one of the riders are complete amateur cyclists, two of the group had bought bicycles purely to challenge themselves to do the ride.
Taking three days and being supported by a van and two pathfinders on motorcycles, this is a little video of their challenge.

"Phil's Ride" is an independent group of people who put on fund raising events throughout the year, some of them sane and simple, some completely mad, who raise money for the East Anglian Air Ambulance (EAAA). Phil's Ride came about due to the EAAA attending a Road Traffic Collinson in 2015 in which "Phil" sadly lost his life. His nephew, who had been in the same vehicle, survived due to the swift medical attention received by the attendance of the EAAA, and is alive to this day.
